Overview
This is a Guided Excursion in a hidden and off-beaten path where our guest can experience a local way to explore flora, fauna and history of the mountain while going on an adventure. On this one, we will take a hike to natural water pools where we are going to be able to go on waterfalls, waterslides, cliff-jumping and rope swinging!

This tour/experience requires moderate physical activity in which participants must be able of walk-through mud, slippery rocks and uneven surfaces. Due to this tour nature, participants must meet the Safety and Limitations Requirements.
This tour doesn't need previous experience.

Safety and Limitation Requirements:
- No wheelchair accessible.
- People with recent surgeries, injuries, back problems, knee problems or pregnant ladies cannot participate.
- Guest with severe heart conditions, severe nervous system conditions, severe respiratory conditions or/and any other severe medical conditions are not allowed to participate from this tour.
- People on this tour must be able to do moderate physical activity.
- All participants must begin and end the tour with the guide.
- Kids must be accompanied by an adult at any time in this tour.
- Kids younger than 5 years old are not allowed to participate in this tour.
Calendar
What to bring:
*This is an excursion in an off-beat and muddy trail with water activities*
- Clothes for the activities must be comfortable, that allows you to move freely. Gym Clothes, Bathing Suits, etc...
- Bring close shoes you don't mind getting dirty. No Sandals, No Flip-Flops!
- It's recommended to bring one change of clothes for the end.
- Waterproof case for your phone.
- NO BUGS SPRAY! No mosquitoes and it is TOXIC for our ecosystem.
Itinerary
- Check in starts 10 minutes before the reserved time at "Ralph's Fajardo". *Location specified with booking confirmation*
- At the reserved time, the drive to our destination begins. You'll follow the guide on your own car to El Yunque's Southeast. (Transportation is not provided at any point. No UBER, no Taxi or any public transportation nearby)
-Once we get to the forest's parking lot, life vests, recommendations of what to bring and a safety orientation is given.
- From the parking lot, the adventure starts with a 25-minute hike to the first pool. Meanwhile, the history and facts about the forest is provided.
- We arrive at the first pool of natural water, where you can rope-swing, cliff-jump of various heights or simply swim.
- Higher, after walking 15 more minutes to the second pool, you can go for a slide in pure volcano rocks into the water.
- After, we walk to the first pool and hike back to the parking lot to be done.

- This tour is subject to weather conditions. Subject to last minute cancellations.
- Guests are responsible for any belongings brought during the hike.

- If a guest appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, not following instructions or being disruptive the tour guide has the right to cancel the tour any time and no refund will be issued due to this.
Cancellation and refund policy
- Customer will be offered a reschedule or full refund if the tour is cancelled due to bad weather conditions.
- Customer can reschedule with a cancellation notice 24 hours prior to the tour.
- Customer will receive a full refund with a cancellation notice of 24 hours prior to the tour.
- No refund or rescheduling will be issued with a cancellation notice in less than 24 hours prior to the tour.
- If a tour is confirmed 24 hours before starting, it does not qualify for refund or reschedule.
*Deadline is based on the experience local time*
- If on the day of the tour the client does not comply with the safety and limitations requirements, no cancellation or refund will be issued.
- "No shows" will not be considered for refunds or rescheduling.
- Arriving after the time limit in which the activity begins will be considered a "No show".
